Mother Nature
This Punk is inspired by CryptoPunk #2387 and artworks of Gubarev. SupremePunk #059 is influenced by the nature around us, which is why it is dedicated to it.
Arkhip Kuindzhi — Lake Ladoga
Man is part of nature, he "grows" out of it and exists in it. A certain atmospheric pressure, earth's temperature, water, oxygen are all natural states of the planet that are optimal for humans. It is enough to remove one of the building blocks and the consequences will be disastrous. And any change in nature can cause cardinal changes in the life of all mankind. That is why the Punk, even though it stands for nature, has a human face. This is done to denote the inseparability of the existence of man and nature. The colour transition of the Punk’s background matches the colour transition in Arkhip Kuindzhi's 'Lake Ladoga'. The smooth transition from white to blue is based on this painting, but apart from the idea of transition, it also has another idea which is reflected in the Punk. In the very centre of the painting is a man in a boat which reflects the link between man and nature and is one of the reasons behind the human face of punk. However, the scale of man is too small, indicating that nature has a dominant role in shaping the world. The Punk's human face is also intended to show that the 'present' man is shaped by nature and still depends on it. The colours of the Punk help to denote its natural essence.
Claude Monet — The Japanese Footbridge and the Water Lily Pool
The white part of the background denotes the atmosphere, the air, the oxygen which is necessary for the life of almost all living things. Blue clothes and headwear refer to the oceans, seas, rivers and other water resources that man uses every day and without which mankind could not even appear. The shawl is designed in the form of a circle, which refers to the endless cycle of water in nature. The bluish green part of the background is dedicated to all the greenery on earth, forests, fields, flowers. This hue is inspired by the works of Claude Monet, in particular "The Japanese Footbridge and the Water Lily Pool", in which he was able to convey the tenderness and beauty of our nature most accurately.
SupremePunk #054
As you can see, the darkest part of the Punk is the hands. This has several meanings. The first sense refers to the earth on which we all live and develop as part of nature. The second sense refers to SupremePunk #054. In addition to a common style, they are also linked ideologically. SupremePunk #054 produces a lot of production waste that is very harmful to nature and it has to fight against this. The hands stained with this waste is a symbol of people's irresponsible attitude to the world around them. SupremePunk #059 is hovering above the Earth with his hands pointing down towards us, wanting to help humanity. But in SupremePunk's sad eyes you can read the expectation of the same response, which in fact he does not receive.
